This morning, I felt called to create a short video on the subject of anger and upset, because it has come up so many times this week, it’s unreal.
As the storms whip up, as women raise their hands and say #metoo, as my clients and friends contact me about their feelings of anger and their discomfort around it, it’s a sure sign that something needs to change.
There are two main ways of handling our anger – one is from a place of disempowerment and victimhood. The other is from a place of loving empowerment. The choice is always ours. We have free will. But how do we get to the latter? I hope it helps...
