For many of us, there comes a point in life where our old, conditioned ways of thinking and being

no longer seem enough.

Often this point is triggered by ill health, anxiety, bereavement or other difficult circumstances, and we feel that there must be another way to move forward. This journey of self-discovery can be as simple as acknowledging the importance of self-care, and it can also trigger a deeper desire to realise the truth of who we are, why we're here, and what we're supposed to be doing with this precious life.

Wherever you're at on your journey, my joy is to hold a safe, loving  space for you, either in a one to one situation, or within a group. Most of my offerings are in person, here in my wellbeing clinic, 'you-time' in Essex. However, if you're not local and would like to work with me, I also offer online courses and programmes.
